Refund and Returns Policy

At eTechtron, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality gadgets and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

Eligibility

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@etechtron.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items with obvious signs of use, or any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@etechtron.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at contact@etechtron.com with details of the defect or damage.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided in our return instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
